National Identity Card
Identity cards are being issued to all citizens of Cabinda.
Characteristics
and Security Features
The National ID Card includes a sophisticated array of security features to
safeguard against fraud and improper use. The National ID Card contains machine-readable
information, although characteristics can be seen with the naked eye and others
must be verified using optical aids. The special characteristics of the National
ID Card will protect its integrity.
Aesthetics
The cards are produced from a product, which is a flexible product and has
been tested for several bending, cracking and fatigue tests giving it high
durability characteristics. The card is blue and white in colour with the
image of the Cabindan National Shield. The card carries all relevant information
regarding individuals name, address, date of birth, new and an ID card number,
permanent and present addresses, mark of identification, signature, photograph,
date of issue and expiry date.
Security Features
· Card Photograph of citizen and printed digitally.
· Computer generated anti copy anti scan features are present in the
card which are not reproduce-able through the use of high quality scanners
or copiers.

To apply for the Cabinda National Identity Card you must download and print
